1. Collection, processing and use of personal data when visiting our website
When you visit our website, certain data are automatically collected in anonymized form. These are, in particular, data about

– the operating system you are using,
– the question of whether you access our site from a desktop PC or a mobile device,
– the pages you visited with us,
– the duration of your stay with us,
– the referring URL, which is information about the page from which you came to our website,

– the date and time of the server request and
– the location of your device.
All of these data are collected by us for analysis purposes. They will be evaluated to improve our website and service. The individual data in each case cannot be assigned to a specific person. The data mentioned are primarily device-related. However, it may be possible to associate them with specific people in connection with other data. We use the data collected for statistical purposes, to evaluate the attractiveness of our offers, to evaluate user behavior in order to improve and expand our range of services and to identify errors and optimize processes. Data are only linked as far as it is necessary for the purposes mentioned. The purpose for data processing is the interest of our company and the interest of our customers to comprehensive information (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
Your personal information transferred over the Internet will be encrypted. We use a SSL-protocol (Secure Socket Layer) for data transfer. The data stored by us will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which we originally stored it. Data may be blocked instead of deleted as a result of legal or technical issues (e.g. mandatory retention periods).

a) Transient cookies:
Transient cookies will be deleted automatically as soon as you close your browser. They include session cookies in particular, which save a session-ID used to assign different queries of your browser to one session. b) Persistent cookies:
Persistent cookies will be saved temporarily and deleted automatically after a certain predefined period. This period may alter from cookie to cookie. Persistent cookies may be deleted in the browser at any time.

We consider it very important, to keep the processing of your personal data as transparent as possible and to inform you about your rights in scope of protection of personal data. Please be informed, that according to the GDPR, you have extensive rights regarding processing of your personal data. First of all, you have comprehensive right of access to your personal data and you may require us to correct and/or erase or block your personal data. You have the right to request limitation of processing or to object the data processing at all. With regards to your personal data collected by us, you also have the right to data portability. Your consent may be withdrawn with future effect at any time. However, such withdrawal will not affect the legality of the data processing, which has been already performed until its withdrawal. Your contact person in this matter is our data protection officer. Provided that the data processing is based on other legal basis than your consent, you may object the processing of your personal data. Your objection will be reviewed and will possibly lead to termination of the processing of your personal data. You will be informed about the result of the review and you will receive from us – in case the data processing shall continue – more information regarding legitimacy of such data processing.

We would like to point out that we continue to store personal data even after the conclusion of a business relationship. We can only delete personal data if doing so does not conflict with statutory retention periods. Only after the expiry of the retention periods can we possibly comply with a cancellation request. If you want us to delete the data during the retention period, we will block and stop using the personal data until the retention period has expired.
6. The Radiopharma Bulletin
Our website offers you the opportunity to register to our newsletter “The Radiopharma Bulletin”. In order to subscribe to our mailing list you need to fill out the newsletter subscription form on our website and click the “subscribe” button. You will then receive an e-mail with a request to confirm your subscription (double Opt-In). By filling out the form and confirming your subscription you agree to let us process your personal data (email address, first name, last name, job title, company, city and the country in which you live or where your company is based) in order to send you our newsletter. The data thereby collected is used solely for the purpose of providing you with our newsletter and it will not be transferred to third parties. Your personal data is thereby processed for your interest and upon your consent as well as for interest of our company to properly distribute our newsletter (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a), f); Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b) GDPR).
You may cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time through a link in the newsletter. You will find additional details in the email confirming your subscription as well as in each newsletter. Alternatively, you can contact us at the address mentioned above to unsubscribe. Please note that after unsubscribing from our newsletter, you will need to enter a different e-mail address if you want to sign up for the newsletter again.
7. Radiopharma Portal
The registration to our “Radiopharma Portal” (https://radiopharma.com/portal/) is possible only for our customers and partners who agreed to receive access to Radiopharma Portal from us. After successfully requesting access, the customer receives an email from us with login details to access the Radiopharma Portal. Setting and resetting passwords can be done by the customer without contacting us. When the customer registers to the Radiopharma Portal, we record and save customer’s basic data such as name and email address together with other contact information such as user name and password. The data thereby collected is used solely for the purpose of providing access to Radiopharma Portal and database therein. No data is transferred to third parties. We may receive further information from customers via the Radiopharma Portal (e.g. when customer edits his/hers personal profile) or if customers communicate with us. Such further data are provided by the customer voluntarily. Registered customers can accept to receive update email notifications from us about the latest documents and new content uploaded on Radiopharma Portal. The data thereby collected is used solely for the purpose of providing you with such updates. The personal data of registered customer is thereby processed for his/her interest and upon to his/her consent as well as for the interest of our company to ensure proper functionality of the Radiopharma Portal (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a), f); Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b) GDPR). Registered customers may delete his/her account at any time by sending an email to email@example.com with such request.
8. Service inquiries, contact and other correspondence
If you use our online form to contact us (https://radiopharma.com/contact/), personal data will be collected and stored for the purpose of facilitating communications with the user. The correspondence itself, including the associated personal data (first name, last name, company, e-mail address, etc.) that you provide will be stored accordingly. These data are used only to carry out the correspondence. After the correspondence has been completed, personal data and content of the correspondence will be stored for documentation purposes and to allow us to establish a uniform procedure should similar cases or further queries arise. Of course, the personal data obtained in this context will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties. The data thereby collected is used solely for the purpose of facilitating communications with you. We use Constant Contact to send our newsletter to our subscribers. Constant Contact is a service provided by Constant Contact, Inc. 1601 Trapelo Road, Waltham, MA 02451, USA. The data stored when you registered for the newsletter (e-mail address, first name, last name, job title, company, city and the country in which you live or where your company is based, IP address, and time and date of registration) will be sent to a server operated by Constant Contact Inc. in the United States and stored there in accordance with the EU-US Privacy Shield. The use of social media such as LinkedIn takes place through our company, so that we can present the profile and extent of our company as well as people associated with our company, to the users of our website. The personal or anonymized information collected and disclosed in this context is solely used for the purpose of strengthening the company’s presence and facilitating communication between our company, customers, partners and investors. We are pleased to have you connected to the company through social networks so that we can share the company’s profile with as many people as possible. The purpose for data processing is the interest of our company and the interest of our customers to comprehensive information (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). The use of Youtube is primarily to present individual content for the benefit of our company. In particular, videos or posts produced are available on YouTube and are included in this way. We do this to provide our customers with relevant information. The use of Google Maps informs our customers about our specific locations and how these can be reached. The purpose of data processing is the interest of our company and the interest of our customers to comprehensive information (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
