After the installation, your staff will be trained on the operation of the equipment.

Just in case something is not functioning as it should or needs to be replaced, our technical and radiochemical service offers a convenient solution as fast as possible. To avoid downtimes regular preventive maintenance is available upon request.

After your order, a project supervisor is your main contact person, responsible for the system from the project planning via qualification to the realization at your lab. Thorough installation and testing followed by a detailed training of your staff are essential before the final handover to the end user. Subsequently, they will be on hand with help and advice.

Technical Service

The technical and radiochemical service department is happy to help whenever your Modular-Lab synthesis device or radiochromatography system is malfunctioning, require updates or request preventive maintenance.

Our staff includes technicians, chemists and engineers with long-term experience and high expertise. To offer you the best possible and most convenient support error analysis and troubleshooting can be done by remote servicing with TeamViewer. The same holds true for minor software issues as well as adjustments of used projects. The latest version of the TeamViewer software can be downloaded here:

In case remote online support is not an option, our colleagues or local partners will visit your site as quickly as possible to fix the defects and make your system work again.
